API COnfiguration/Setup between Woocommerce and wheel-size.com

Need an API integration for a website. Needs to be between a woocommerce website and wheel-size.com. The config needs to be able to use a drop down selection list on the site that will pull details from the wheel-size.com site and produce a set of results based on the selection. This is for a wheel/rim website.
