API Automation/Management - Javascript + PHP

I have a super complex API from a manufacturer. I need someone to build something that will import all the products from this API. I'm using Wordpress and Woocommerce. This API includes seperate get commands for the name, price, stock, and images/descriptions. I need someone to make it so this all 450,000 of these products upload and update when the API updates.
The website is on a 3 TB private server. So it is capable of handling all of these products.
