API Adjustment / Implementation PHP Laravel MySQL website MVP

Currently working on a project where the Plaid transactions API is implemented. Need someone skilled in Laravel/MySQL to help implement and configure the Plaid Assets API to return the organized PDF and either attach in database or email to a designated address within the organization. Also looking for someone willing and able to help with other front and back end adjustments.
