ANDROID AND IOS IPHONE APP

i currently have a webview android app
i need to make it for iphone also
i also need to add
- push notifications (ios and android)
- gpay (for android)
- apple pay (for apple)
- fb login (ios and android) (currently in webview its an "embedded browser" so is disabled by default

it uses oscommerce but im happy to move to a new cart if u think its easier
