AMXMODX Developer for Counter Strike 1.6

Hi,
I am looking for someone who can create plugins for Counter-Strike 1.6 (AMXMODX version 1.6, and ReHLDS)
I want a VIPMenu with these features below:
1. Double Jump
2. Extra HP (After I kill someone, get +HP (15 normal kill) (30 headshot))
When I type /vm in the chat, it will open up the vipmenu, and I can only have 1 feature enabled at the same time.
