ADMIN PANEL - CONSOLE

I'm looking for an experienced programmer to build an admin panel - console that is Windows compatible. This panel will have an automated auditing system, however I do not require custom panel design. The successful programmer must be highly experienced with the Windows platform and proficient with developing automated auditing systems.
