I want to edit photos which would me matched with the Audio Sound, something which shows the photo singing the song

I am looking for a freelancer to help me edit some photos. I need someone who is an expert in photo editing and who is able to put audio sound to the photos to make it look like the photo is singing the song. Specifically, I am looking for someone to help me edit a small collection of personal photos and add old Bollywood songs for each photo. I need someone who is creative, professional and passionate about their work, as I want the finished product to be of the highest quality. The project consists of editing 1-5 personal photos, but could be extended depending on how it goes. Your expertise and creativity will be highly appreciated. Thank you!
