very small quick design with little details and just about 3 colors

I would like this same crown of thorns with the shadow. The only thing I'd like to change is a little bit of blood on some of the thorns, and I would also like to make the shadow a little bit darker and a tiny bit more formed into a crown. It is all 1 color now, I would just like 1 or 2 more shades of brown to add detail and make it realistic, however the only colors in the whole project is original color, 2 extra shades of brown (for realistic detail), and the blood, with the darker shadow.
