re touch/edit photos

Hello freelancers! We have a number of photos of a car taken recently in the winter. I'd like to have some of the show on the car cleaned up as well as some photoshop work to make the roads look a little less "dirty snow" and more de saturates snowy white. I've uploaded an example of one of the images.
