I’m looking for someone to create a design for me. I have a friend named Mikey, he is my service advisor. He is a funny, cocky, jokester, however he is very good at his job. I own an automatice performance shop and I would to make a T-shirt for him. I would like for you to create an F1 podium style with 1st 2nd and 3rd place. Mikey would be on all three podium places. I would like for 3rd place and 2nd place to look cocky (champagne, middle fingers, screaming etc) while first place is standing with his arms crossed. I May want a backdrop behind them with my shops logo in a checkered pattern. I’d like for there to be confetti etc. Above them you can place a banner that says “Best Service Advisor 2023” and below that, his name “ Michael Kolano ”. He is Polish, so you can include a polish flag if you’d like. You can use your own creative ideas for this project, you can add confetti or whatever you think would look best. The idea is to take this transparent image to place on the back of a T-shirt. I will send some photos below for inspiration. I will also send photos of him so you could make his character look like him. I will send a random low quality shitty mock up below and how I would like it to look somewhat. I’ll also send how I want the podiums to look. Thank you and let me know what you think and if you could do it.

forgive me I had a busy day yesterday, I want to send you a picture of my logo, however my logo is in black and I need it to be white for the back drop and for the front design of the shirt. Also I have stripes with my logo that are supposed to be the same size of the rest of my logo, however they are a little bit too smal

Also I’m hoping to maybe have his head proportional to his characters body

This is my logo, however my stripes should be the same size as the rest of my logo, and the background should be transparent and the letters should be white

We could also probably do a mock where the logo is black, and the shirt is white, rather than the shirt being black, and the logo is white. We just have to make sure that the stripes are the same size as the rest of the logo.
