I am looking for a freelancer who specializes in photo manipulation for a personal project. The ideal candidate should have experience in retouching and background removal, as well as a strong understanding of Photoshop.

Specific requirements for this project include:

- Manipulating the image to create a unique and artistic effect
- Incorporating specific elements and objects into the image
- Adjusting colors, lighting, and composition to enhance the overall aesthetic

I will provide detailed instructions and examples to guide the freelancer in achieving the desired outcome. However, I am also open to their creative input and suggestions.

Please include examples of previous photo manipulation work in your proposal.
