photoshop for wedding photo

I need an experienced Photoshop artist to edit a wedding photo for me. Specifically, I would like objects or people that are in the background to be removed. I trust the professional judgment of the responsible party so do not have specific requests for retouching or enhancing the overall appearance of the photo. I need the finished product as soon as possible with no specific deadlines.
