I’m looking for a freelancer who can do photo retouching with specific instructions. I need retouching for 1 passport photo. My goal is to create a high-quality product to bring out the best in the photo. That includes manipulating color temperatures, adjusting highlights and shadows, removing unwanted items, improving focus, and adding creative touches. Specifically, I would also like to eliminate the stray hair on my head, lighten the bags under my eyes, and lightly thin out the giant jowls that I seem to have developed since having kids. If I have to look at this for ten years, I would like to not be terrified of what I see.
