photo restoration project -- 2

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to restore a large number of newspaper article photos that are in a poor condition. My preference is for the photos to remain in their original tone, whether that be black and white or sepia. The project involves more than 12000 photos and requires precision and attention to detail. Please only apply if you have experience with photo restoration projects of this size. Looking someone that can do this process of reviewing, editing, cropping, straightening, rotating, image enhancing/image clearity etc. Thanks in advance!
