photo restoration

I need help with a project that requires photo restoration. I have some photos that are in poor condition, and I need help restoring them back to their original condition. I require color adjustment and the best format to submit the restored photos is JPEG. I also have a time frame for this project, so it would be ideal if the restoration could be completed by then. Expertise in photo restoration is highly appreciated.
