I need someone creative to create a wallpaper

Hello, I have pictures of my team, I mean I have portraits, they are not all in the same quality, some are little over-exposed and the background needs to be removed. So far so good I can do it myself but I would like to get something that looks good and actually it's not :D
Please check the attached pictures to get some idea of what I want/need.
I would like to have a "team picture" with real style. I can provide every item (logo, team members, colors, backgrounds...)
