I need a t shirt design edited/changed

I have an image of a t shirt design I just want to remove some words from it and insert others. I also have one letter that I want to be changed to a different color. As seen below where it says hospital pharmacy I need to change that to ONU Pharmacy. Also the letter D is grey and I need that to match the teal color from the second to rightmost vial.
