I need a photo retoucher to manipulate color

We want to have a retoucher manipulate the color of the products we shoot based on how the products look like in true natural day light. Ideally they would be in New York and we would messanger them the physical samples of the fabrics we photograph and they would retouch the color. The goal is to match the product photography as close to the sample in real life.
