I need a photo editor

Recently hired a photographer through a service/app called Snappr. Photographer was good but she hasn't followed through on my request to professionally retouch and photoshop the best pics I chose from our shoot. She said she would the day of the shoot but everytime I have follower up with her about it she'll give me an eta and then that date comes and goes. Now it's to the point where I've been ghosted. It's clear she doesn't want the extra $ which is a shame because I was going to get a bundled discount for doing the shoot. I just want my photos retouched and definitely want fine lines on my forehead airbrushed on my upclose headshots without making it too obvious. Only have a couple. Not as concerned about the rest of them further away. I'd also like teeth whitened. I have 12 total photos I'd like edited:
