I need a fan art. -- 2

I'll give a reference art and I need a fan art made for it. There will be a few attribute changes that youll have to make such as changing the hat, shirt, weapon etc. Each art shouldnt take more then a fee hours. Im looking for reasonable price since ill be needing around 10-15 art every week. Also you have to be a bit creative sometimes and put your own imagination to the art. Hoping to see some serious responds.
