I need an experienced designer to improve a mobile game UI

I'm a one man show game developer and I need a UI/UX experienced designer to improve the UI design for a project I working on.
I have a design already implemented but I need to improve some parts to make it more eye-candy.

I would like to work with hourly payment because I will have unpredictable requests.

We will discuss regarding what parts I need to improve and I will need a .PSD file to export layers and integrate them in Unity3D.
