lighten part of an image

I'm looking for a photographer or photo editor to lighten part of an image I have for a project. Specifically, people in the picture are in shadow and need to be corrected without losing resolution. I prefer that the lightening be done through selective brightening of specific areas. The turnaround time needed is 2-3 days.
