fix tone and color of scanned photos

As part of this project, I need help fixing the tone and color of several scanned photos. The current tone and color is discolored, and there are more than 10 photos that need to be fixed. There is no strict deadline attached to this project, however I would like it to be done in a timely matter.
I am looking for an experienced freelancer who can provide the highest quality editing and revamping of my scanned photos. The ideal freelancer will have a portfolio of their past work as documentation of their outstanding track record. As a professional, quick end results are important to me, but so is making sure those results match the promises that were made.
