create a portrait with three individuals in it using separate images

Are you able to create a portrait with three individuals in it using separate images? I want to make something for my friend who’s father passed. Using a photo of him and his son with his deceased father putting his arms around him from behind using the attached photos. However I do not want there hands up like that instead they need to be down for this to work.
I need this by Sunday.
