create a 2d layout of an image and change the flooring

Hello. I am looking for someone to create a realistic colored 2D layout of an image and change the flooring to a carpet with a specific color/pattern ( we have the carpet image it just needs to be extracted from the image). in short the image of the room view to be converted to 2d from above The size of the image is not specified, so you may have creative freedom to choose the appropriate size. The type of flooring we are looking to replace the current flooring with is carpet. We have a specific color and pattern in mind, so you are expected to adhere to that.
