convert a image into a minecraft schematic

I'm looking for someone who can take a detailed and scaled image of an airport landscape, and convert that image into a minecraft schematic. There is a image showing what I mean by airport landscape attached. Depending on the price I will be looking to do multiple airports. Thanks!
