colour charts for semipermanent nail polish

i need to create colour charts for semipermanent nail polish.
i have about 200 colours . i need one colour chart with all the colours and 4 colour charts with 1/4 of the colours each. in all colour charts the number of the colour must be written and in some the purpose of the polish must be written (about 10, like remover , top, base, top matte)
for each colour i have a picture of the bottle and a nail with the right colour.
i want to create colour chart, to put all the nails in one picture and to write the number of the colour.
