character modeling

I need female character modeling exactly like the attached image, it must be delivered in a way that it is possible to separate the parts that are not part of the body such as clothes for example. It needs to be in lowpoly but when using turbosmooth it maintains the original visual details. It must have the right meshes for the rig as it will be used for animation and advanced poses
