We are looking for an experienced graphic designer to create a set of professional ad creatives for a luxury watch buying campaign.

Scope:
- Design ~20 ad images for use on classified platforms (Kleinanzeigen / eBay Kleinanzeigen)
- Develop 1–2 base templates from provided reference images (style inspiration, not copying)
- Produce full set of variations using the approved template
- Deliver all files in web-ready format + editable source files (PSD or Figma)

Requirements:
- Experience with ad creatives or classified/marketplace imagery
- Proficient in Photoshop, Figma, or Illustrator
- Able to design original templates, not just adapt stock assets
- Clean, professional aesthetic suited to a luxury/premium brand

Important notes:
- No pure AI generation – design thinking must be yours
- AI tools may assist, but the creative work must be human-led
- Reference images will be shared after project start (NDA may apply)
- Once the template is approved, batch production via copy-paste is fully acceptable
