Workshop Photo Coverage Needed
Budget: ₹400 – ₹750 INR
I’m hosting a series of workshops and want a photographer who can quietly document the sessions while also stepping in for the occasional posed shot.
Scope
• Capture the full workshop story—from speakers on stage and their slides to audience questions, networking, and hands-on activities.
• Blend styles: candid, documentary-style moments plus a few composed group or speaker portraits when the schedule allows.
• Focus on two key segments:
– Speakers & presentations (clear shots of the presenter, screen content, close-ups of demos).
– Audience interactions (questions, reactions, small-group discussions).
What you’ll deliver
• A curated set of high-resolution, color-corrected videos and images ready for social media, websites, and internal reports.
• Basic edits (exposure, color, straightening) on every image; light retouching for featured portraits.
• Download link or drive folder within 48 hours of the shoot.
On-site expectations
• Arrive with your own DSLR/mirrorless body, fast lenses, and an unobtrusive flash setup for low-light moments.
• Work seamlessly around attendees and respect workshop flow—minimal disruption is key.
• Estimated coverage: half-day sessions, with the possibility of multiple dates.
