Wire Transparent

My company Diamond Dots makes diamond necklaces strung on invisible cords. When I photograph the necklaces the invisible string is to dark. I need a retoucher to bring just the wire down 40% to appear less in the photos. I have attached na image for reference. I am looking for someone to work with me to make these edits to the strings only.
