Winking Expression Image Retouch

I am looking to modify an image's facial expression. The picture needs to be expertly manipulated to make the left eye wink. I want both man and baby to have the same eye closed - Key capabilities necessary for success include experience in both basic and creative retouching, particularly in object manipulation and facial feature adjustment. The aim is to achieve a natural and realistic result that doesn't affect the overall quality of the image.
