Wedding Photo Hair Retouching

I need a skilled photo editor to work on the hair in my wedding photos. The issues I need to be addressed are flyaway hairs, uneven hair strands, hair that appears thin in places, adding hair when it is not visible in the image, and adding waves when the curl is lost.
