Wedding Dress Hem Retouching

I am in need of a skilled retoucher to enhance some personal wedding images. The job primarily involves minor edits to existing photos and specifically focused on smoothing out the hem and/or train of the wedding dress. Proven experience in photo retouching, especially in wedding photographs, and familiarity with subtle and tasteful retouching techniques will be highly appreciated.
