Website design and photoshopped images/watermark

I'm starting a new website and I need help with pretty much everything digital. I'm also needing someone who can edit images and add them to different backround for an "ad image" if you will so I can post the announcement. Also needing a watermark for images. I've attached examples of "ad images" I'm looking for.
