Vector Pickup

I’d like to put this pickup truck on a shirt but I don’t want it to be a “realistic” photo I’m looking for more of a cartoonish look. In my brief research I’ve seen it be called “vector” and on YouTube I’ve seen people use photoshop to create these out of normal shots of real-life vehicles. I’d be interested in turning one of those pictures into a vector design. The tee shirt creator I’m working with says she’s got an iOS program she can add lettering but if you could put words above the pickup too I’d like to know how much that would cost and I might just have you design the whole thing.
