Urban Plan Photoshop Expert

As the creator of an urban plan, I need a Photoshop expert to enhance my work. The focus is on color correction and textures application, applied judiciously to bring out the cool and warm hues in my design, and make them pop in perfect contrast. The core of the work will involve heightening the color on greenery areas. Ideal applicants will have a keen understanding of color theory, knack for detail and a proven record in Photoshop editing.
