Upgrade Personal Photos - Smoother Skin, Slimmer Face

I am looking for a talented photo editor to spruce up some of my personal photos. This task will require expertise to enhance some features and subtly adjust others to make them more attractive. Here's exactly what I am hoping for:
- Smoother skin: The photos sometimes show a little more texture than I’d prefer. Could you make my complexion look smoother?
- Slimmer face: I’d love a naturally looking slimmer cheeks/jaw
- Brighter eyes: Enhance my blue eyes, make them the center of attention in the photos.
