Tech pack

I’m starting my own clothing brand and I’m in the process of learning how to use photoshop. However, the designs that I want to do right now are a bit difficult for me so I would like to have someone who I can send my design ideas to so that they can create a tech pack for me to send to manufacturers. My idea for now is releasing one piece of clothing per drop, and sometimes in different color ways. I have 4 design ideas right now. I’m in the process of learning so I think this could help me learn as well. I basically need someone that I can send all my ideas to and my inspiration so that they can create it digitally.
