Tattoo Image Modification

I need an image done for a tattoo. I already have a photo with 90% of what I want it to look like. I only need some small modifications.
I'm looking for a skilled graphic designer or tattoo artist who can help me with this project. The ideal freelancer for this job should have experience with tattoo design and be able to incorporate small modifications to an existing image. The modifications needed for the photo include:
- Adding elements: I want to include some text or lettering, additional images or symbols, and some background details into the tattoo image.
- Removing elements: There are some existing text or lettering, specific objects or symbols, and some background details that need to be taken out of the tattoo image.
- Changing the color scheme: I want a different color scheme from the original photo.
