Taking someone out of a family picture

I'm looking for a freelancer to help me remove a person from my family picture. Specifically, I need to remove an ex-girlfriend from the photo. She is the one on the far left in the light pink shirt. Unfortunately, I don't have a copy of the family photo without the person I need to remove, so I'm looking for someone who can do this. The final image should be in JPEG format. Can you help?
