Submarine skull

I have a window sticker idea and I need an artist help to put it together. I would like a skull with the submarine warfare device in it’s mouth and crosshairs in it right eye. Arching over the top of the skull I would like the words “ deep, silent, fast, deadly” and below the skull the words “ U.S. submarine service” and below that “Pride runs deep”
