Stylish HTML/CSS Portfolio Website

I need a clean, visually engaging portfolio site built from scratch with hand-coded HTML and CSS. All graphics should be crafted or refined in Photoshop or Illustrator so the finished pages feel cohesive and polished, not just templated.

Core scope
• One-page or multi-page structure is fine as long as it clearly showcases my work, brief bio, and a way for visitors to get in touch.
• Responsive behaviour across desktop, tablet, and mobile is essential.
• Optimised image assets (WebP or compressed PNG/JPEG) and well-commented CSS are part of the deliverable.

Design freedom
The style is flexible: minimalistic, modern, or even a subtle vintage twist—whichever best highlights the projects. Share a quick wireframe or mood-board first so we can lock in the direction before you move on to full production.

Deliverables
1. Fully functional portfolio website (HTML, CSS, optional JS for interactivity).
2. Source PSD/AI files for custom graphics and icons.
3. Deployment-ready folder structure I can drop onto my host.

Once the files pass a quick cross-browser check (Chrome, Firefox, Safari) and load smoothly on mobile, the project is complete.
