Stain Removal from Facial Image

I'm in need of a skilled photo editor for stain removal on a person's face within an image. This will require finesse and attention to detail to ensure no distortion of the remaining face features. The ideal candidate would have prior experience in photo retouching and correction work. Photoshop proficiency is a prerequisite. Requirements include:
- Removal of stain from face in the photo
- Preservation of overall image and facial features
- High-quality, natural looking results
I anticipate this should be a quick task for an experienced editor. Thank you in advance for your bids.
