Special FX Photo Editing

I'm looking for an experienced photo editor who can add some lightening/storm effects to my photos. I am doing a Storm cosplay and want it to look vibrant like a comic.
ONLY NEED EDITING FOR 2-3 PHOTOS
The job involves:
