Simple Picture Edit - Text Changes

I need a single image edited. I want to change a session and a trimester, like a few words only. I also need some names or labels altered.as you can see in the picture, I need the trimester to change from "One (1)" to "Six (6)" and then the session from 2021/2022 to 2024/2025
