? Requirements:
* Solid design knowledge
* Push creative boundaries with focus on clean.
* Timely execution of projects/takes deadline seriously.
* Ability to SEE the client vision better then they can
* Collaboration with US and really grasp clients vision.
* Stay updated on design trends
* Adherence to brand guidelines
* Excellent English communication skills
? Tech Skills:
* Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
* Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Figma
* Layout, typography, and imagery
* Proofing skills
* Design and User Experience (UX) understanding
* Video editing & animation (plus but necessary)
? Experience:
* Agency experience (a plus)
* Brand guideline expertise
* Web design, digital campaigns
* Collaboration with web developers
* Managing multiple projects
