Seamless Group Photo Editing

I need a group photo edited to move me closer to the group and add a slight smile to my face. I’m the guy all the way to the left in the blue suit with gold tie. I was in the other room when our names were called. The final image should be delivered as a completely natural-looking JPEG with no signs of editing.
