School class photo editing 1300-1500 photos

Need a photo editor skilled in very quick photo editing of school class photos, range of 1300-1500 portrait photos. the need is to perform basic edit on colors, cleaning of unwanted elements in the photos, ensure the kids in the best look, sometimes add smile to kids, in around 300 photos we will need to remove the background...etc
Project will be delivered on phases and should be completed by beginning of june
