Sara - Dog from Childhood

This is the only photo I have of Sara, a dog from my childhood. Although it's a low-res photo, I want to enhance the image as much as possible. Color corrections, enhancing details, removing shadows, etc.

I want to bring out the details of her face as much as possible, and maybe even removing the chain altogether. Please message me if you want more details.
